    1.     Introduction

    Welcome to our Field Practical Training Facilitation Program. By registering for our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not proceed with the registration process.

    2.     Registration Fee

    • 2.1.     A registration fee is required to initiate the application process for field practical training placement through our program.
    • 2.2.    The registration fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee placement in any field practical training opportunity.

     

    3.     Application Process

    • 3.1.    Upon receipt of the registration fee, applicants will be provided with access to our application process.
    • 3.2.    The application process may include submitting personal information, educational

    background, preferences for field practical training, and any other required documentation.

     

    4.     Placement

    • 4.1.    Placement in field practical training opportunities is not guaranteed upon payment of the registration fee.
    • 4.2.    Placement decisions are based on various factors including but not limited to availability of opportunities, suitability of applicants, and requirements of host organizations.
    • 4.3.    We reserve the right to reject any application or withdraw an offer of placement at our

     

    5.     Fees for Practical Training Placement

    • 5.1.    In the event that an applicant is offered placement in a field practical training opportunity, additional fees may be required (If applicable) for placement facilitation services.
    • 5.2.    Details regarding additional fees, if applicable, will be communicated to applicants upon placement offer.

  • 6.     Responsibilities of Participants

    • 6.1.    Participants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the application process.
    • 6.2.    Participants must comply with the rules and regulations of the host organization during their field practical training placement.
    • 6.3.    Participants are responsible for any additional costs incurred during the field practical

    training period, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and living expenses.

     

     

    7.     Confidentiality

    • 7.1.    Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during their field practical training placement.

     

    8.     Limitation of Liability

    • 8.1.    We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the field practical training facilitation

     

    9.     Modification of Terms

    • 9.1.    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

     

    10.     Governing Law

    • 10.1.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
